trav\u00e9s del proyecto se logr\u00f3 que la poblaci\u00f3n en condici\u00f3n de discapacidad y sus redes de<br \/>apoyo vincular como son sus familiares y cuidadores participantes en el proyecto, mejoraran sus<br \/>condiciones de vida emocionales, f\u00edsicas, econ\u00f3micas, sociales y culturales, con el desarrollo de<br \/>cada uno de los talleres programados y con el apoyo en cuanto a los programas de subsidio<br \/>econ\u00f3mico brindado.<br \/><br \/>Desarrollo de Proyectos con ni\u00f1os en condici\u00f3n de desplazamiento<br \/>Desarrollamos proyectos con ni\u00f1os en condici\u00f3n de desplazamiento forzoso y sus<br \/>familias, en la medida en que est\u00e1 es una de las mayores problem\u00e1ticas en Colombia, lo cual<br \/>genera violencia, masacre, que muchos ni\u00f1os queden hu\u00e9rfanos, genera muchas mujeres<br \/>convertidas en madres cabeza de hogar, desempleo, pobreza en
